It was a new build shipped from the distributer and delivered to her only a few months ago, I recall seeing a 2019 date on the box.

Distributor may be holding old stock. Contact Waterbox ASAP. They actually mention Stainless Steel on their YouTube Channel. No way they should be rusting.

Sorry to dig up this thread, I’m in the same boat. Which one did you go with?

also one thing everyone skipped ok is that the RS is 5ft long, and WB is 4... any comments on that

Still haven't bought a tank but now thinking of cade due the larger ATO resovwar and larger refugium if you do a slight modification and potential for a discount with a bulk order from a supplier with some coworkers
waterbox also makes a larger tank being the 170 and 190 which for some reason I didn’t factor in.
IfI was to chose between red sea and waterbox now it would be waterbox due to what seems like superior quality overflows, sumps, stands and customer service

I've looked at Cade stuff; it looks awesome. At the time it was rather difficult to source here in USA. Wondering if that has changed.

I have no idea I'm In Australia but due to the corona virus cade can't ship to Australia currently so it's very hard for anyone currently
