Was there a known defect with the hydros launch 0-10 v port?

I heard a rumor to the extent of some of the pre-order units did not have the 0-10v port but can't find any information about this.

And anyone's experience, when they have had a problem with a hydros device within the warranty period Does hydros fix the devices much more frequently than just ship out new ones?

The port is there and the hardware is there. It is just a firmware issue from what I have heard. So a new firmware release will fix the issue.
