So I got a volitan lionfish 3 weeks ago. It's diet includes live mollies and some dead food. It's a active fish but I have seen it itching using its fins. My guesses are that bristleworms are disturbing them but still wanna confim. Blue velvet demsel is it's tankmate(full sized)

Welcome to Reef2Reef!

The fish in the video looks good, not breathing fast, seems alert.
Lionfish with flukes will often give a quick rush forward, watch for that.
Otherwise, it may just be flicking its fins in response to some detritus in the water.

Thanks
I think it looks alert because of camera. I'll try to remove that detritus as soon as possible
