My puffer had ich about 5 weeks ago and treated with cooper power and four days into treatment it started eating and spots went away.I kept it in their for 14 days and now it stopped eating and is flashing again but no white spots.Hasn't ate in a week and yesterday was the last day for general cure but still not eating.Could it have ich again so soon after a treatment?I have him in a seperate tank .If it gets better i'm afraid to put it back in the big tank even if it gets it's health back.

It's possible it has ich again - copper treatment needs to run for 30 days - but let's get some expert opinions here: #fishmedic

Here is the relevant information for the quarantine method recommended by the site. As mentioned 14 days is not long enough. Additionally all fish would need to be treated.
