Yesterday he was perfectly fine. He is im a 55 gallon FOWLR tank.

Woke up this morning and he was laying on the sand bed breathing heavily.

Was able to get him out and into qt tank.

Should i add anything to his water or food? It almost looks like he has a bruise on his nose..

Need others to weigh in on this but you should not use Cupramine. If copper is needed you will need either copper power or coppersafe

How do the other fish look?

This fish has some sort of infection, probably protozoan, possibly velvet.

When a fish goes to the
Bottom and is breathing fast like this, it is usually not possible to get a treatment working in time to save it, but coppersafe in a treatment tank would be what I would try.

All other fishing are swimming around and doing well.

I would be prepared to move the fish and treat with coppersafe, but don't actually pull the trigger on doing that unless the existing fish begin to show symptoms (watch them carefully a few times a day so that this doesn't sneak up on you).
