Ok so i have a newa uv 18w and i managed to shallow crack the hose tail (not sure if this the correct term, i refer to the transparent part in the image above).

It is shallow, so its not deep and leakage is visible but im afraid that 24/7 of pushed water will eventually crack it and water all over the floor :)

So i went and looked for replacement parts but couldnt find anything. Also cant find something that will fit in AliExpress (im not from the states so I can mostly just use that).

The part according to the manufacture is called something like 1" BSPF 13-20-25MM
The female thread is 1" inch and the hose tail ranges from 13mm up to 25mm .

Please help me find a solution. I thought maybe to like find some pvc reducer, and on top of that a pvc hose connector maybe? Would love other suggestions if you guys have (maybe even the exact part if you manage to find).

Wouldnt it be harmful to the tank ? Like the same reason that you should use specific silicone type for fish tanks?
I have pvc cement, will that work also?
That’s what we all use to glue Coral Frags to Rock. The Plastic may not be PVC, so no. BTW, I Have a feeling that fitting is British Standard Pipe Threads. BSPT. Does the fitting have a gasket in it?
