Love the specimen, and they all look really clean, but they need a better platform for auctions.

Yeah, what they are selling appear to be very healthy beautiful specimens, but the website does need to be streamlined for he auctions.

How do we get a refund on our shipping pack?

My laptop is acting up an my good mouse is at work. The website really isn't set up well for this. You have to keep selecting the same things over and over to get to the checkout page and none of the buttons are conveniently located. I'm sure this would be fine if I had a gaming system and a lager screen, but this is just too frustrating to bother with.

Ditto. Trying to do this on my laptop is more difficult than I expected.

And the objects not going away after sold out, and the new items popping up randomly between them.

Try sorting newest to oldest and refreshing their site. But I wasn't seeing everything update there doing that. Trying to follow the links from here is too slow.

I’m in the same boat as well. But I am doing it on my phone and still too slow. Selecting shipping dates is slowing me down and then the item not removing automatically when sold out.

Apparently the coral are loading on the website before being posted. So those of us here refreshing are waisting our time. Need to go to the website and refresh if you want a snow ball change in actually purchasing anything..
