Unidentified coral?

Somebody gave me this coral frag but neglected to tell me what exactly it is.. Or what is wrong with it I've only had it a couple of days now

Looks like a random string of closed up zoas. And one vermetid snail

Yeah looks like some closed up zoas to me. Let’s see what they look like open!

Looks like zoas and vermetid snails. I would scrap off the snails they will make the zoas stay closed mostly likely.

They're pretty when they decide to open, green with an orangey center
