Hi, I swear ive looked at every fish in the hobby at this point looking for a fish for my 60 gal (35.5x19.5x19.5). This being the smallest saltwater tank I've ever owned I'm finding it very difficult to find a fish I actually enjoy that would be comfortable in this tank. Not a fan of dwarf lions I do like frogfish however dying randomly doesn't sound like too much fun.
Anyways when I had my bigger tank my absolute favorite animal was the triggerfish. I know most triggers should have a 90 at the least for a Picasso or something. But I've seen lots of people keep undulated triggers alone in 55 gal tanks and kept them for 20+ years but with my tanks foot print I'm not sure the trigger would be happy. If anyone has any hands on experience with this fish the input would be appreciated.

Mine got to be about 10 inches long and I felt the 125 gallon he was in was too small for him
Yeah I feel this tank is just too small for most predators unfortunately. Might just get some maroons and be done with it. I just might get another 210+ gal in the future but for now I'll keep scouring the Internet for weird fish.

I’ve got a big 10-12 inch queen trigger in a 150 by itself. Seems to have more than enough room for the time being but it grows quickly.

I’ve had my undulated for near 3 years now and it grows crazy slow in my 230 gallon.
