Do you have an anemone or other coral that could have caused a sting/. How long have you had the fish, was it quarantined? If so with what and how long? Are the lesions staying the same or worsening (or improving). Do you see any other aggression, etc? Any more history? I'm assuming the fish has no additional symptoms?

Sorry - the picture isn't clear enough to say what the issue is (if anything). Do you mean the two diffuse marks behind the white head band, on the fish's back? Those look like superficial injuries. What other fish are in the tank with this fish and how long have y9ou had this fish?

And the marks are staying the same
As others have suggested - it's hard to say - but given the corals you have - to me they look like stings. If there are no other symptoms - I would closely watch for any aggression - or worsening. Did you quarantine the fish with copper/prazipro/

A little fuzzy to clearly see but can be grains of sand
If other issue, see if they multiply this time tomorrow before reacting
