Still deciding but leaning away from it. Surprisingly the motivation is fading to do it again yet. I'll just live vicariously through Turtle, Fudsey and others building new.Did you pull the trigger?

Hey turtle, is that you hand in the tank or reflection? If it's in the tank, bristle worms can be very irritating if you end up touching them.
It's not so much a sting, but more irritating. Like getting fiberglass shards in your skin.
Now that on my arms leaves me with a rash. Yuck.
Agreed, not really painful but definitely uncomfortable. It's not so much a sting, but more irritating. Like getting fiberglass shards in your skin.
AIEEE, this. This happened to me, accept it was on a car. I was 10 and climbed onto the roof of a 2003 Honda hybrid something and slipped. I grabbed the antenna... and my hand slid from top to bottom. I also dislocated my shoulder and got a concussion. ;Blackeye...he had an old VHF radio in the console and the antenna was fiberglass. UV cured fiberglass. Rogue wave caught me off ballance and I grabbed it to keep from falling over. Hand and forearm embedded with fibers. That was not fun.
