recently purchased the above to facilitate control of my 2 x 6208 and 1 x 6214 Wavebboxes.

following installation of the software I am met with an error message on startup which is completely meaningless to me.

I selected continue but the application does not display the Version num bar and more importantly the AUTO Adjust feature is greyed out.

can anyone explain what I or my PC are doing and how to resolve the issue.

I tried updating the software using the software referred to in the instructions but it does not seem to recognise the unit

This is the extent of the info I have, anything further I would need to get you in touch with our technician in Germany, you can also reach them on Facebook on the Tunze page. They generally reply promptly to messages.

Hi

many thanks for your response.

since posting i found the same video and utilising the services of the stroppy teenager i ascertained that RUNNING AS ADMIN cured the problem.

the wave boxes are now programmed and performing as expected.
