Does anyone have a little crash course on pumps? I am investing in an eshopps nano sump and I need a pump I think? I never understood how the intake and out take are for sumps. I need it because with all the coral im getting my canister filter is not gonna hold up for long

Honestly I had a 10 gal when I Started with 1 fish and probably 15 corals i had a hob with no filter for flow. Was way easier than the 90 cube with sump I upgraded too. No water changes on either ever
