One ugly rfa can turn into 20 ugly rfas ahhahahaI think I'm just gonna hope for the best and roll the dice... it's that or a blasto.. not sure. I really like RFAs, but there are some terrible ones, so not sure about the risk
They're cool little dudes, but don't expect frags to stay put!Added a pincushion urchin to our order. I'm excited for these little guys as much as the coral
True. My son just yelled from the other room "Dad, your urchin is carrying one of your frags!"They're cool little dudes, but don't expect frags to stay put!
I think I starved our first Halloween one a year and a half ago, or tank parameters weren't as established. It didn't last but about 2 months and my wife loves them. I've waited a while to try again. She had hats made for it and everything lolThey're cool little dudes, but don't expect frags to stay put!
mine ate well in my 90g, but i've heard of people giving them nori when they catch them eating coraline algae on the glassI think I starved our first Halloween one a year and a half ago, or tank parameters weren't as established. I've got two urchins. They refuse to eat coralline off the glass but it won't grow on the rocks.mine ate well in my 90g, but i've heard of people giving them nori when they catch them eating coraline algae on the glass
Mine likes decent flow at about medium height. I think I'm pushing about 100-150 par where it's at and it's tentacles wave quite a bit. What are your nutrients? My green galaxea I got at the previous sale is just basically staying alive with not much growth.
Staying very vibrant though. It's in medium part of our tank with decent flow and lighting. Any ideas with you galaxea folks?
