What's the growth rate of that green cabbage leather coral? I was reading that these can be slow growers, compared to some toadstools and finger leathers.

It has always been a solid grower for us. Not as fast as finger leathers, but still pretty decently quick

Will the items already posted still remain available, assuming they aren't sold, after 11pm?

I’ve never done SPS before, are they as difficult as others make them sound? High PAR, high flow?

High Par and high flow, but the biggest key is a stable system.

Where as my LPS (euphyllia, candy canes, leptastrea) and softies (leathers, mushrooms, zoas) have thrived, my SPS not so much. Only my watermelon psammacora frag seems to be tolerant of the occasional phosphate spike. I think it's because my tank is only 5 months old and I still have some green film algae on the rocks that is slowly getting taken over by coraline algae. I would definitely get a few cheap frags before making any big investment. They are a lot harder in my experience.
