Sounds like the way to, I think there will always be some issues with equipment, it is inevitable, the kind of support you get is key as well as reliability of course, I love how the hydros line basically works with all brands when using that force port on the Kracken, it seems like Neptune not only has bad service from what I see, I think having a product that you can only use with a few select brands, while having to add modules to use them, really limits the consumer and hobbyist, why I am really leaning towards CoralVue and the Hydros line, they seem to be really innovative with the upcoming Maven and seem to come at it from a hobbyist perspective as opposed to a more business perspective as you see with Neptune, thanks for sharing your experience with Hydros!!So I am pretty full in on Hydros. I have the X4, X10, XP8, WE2, and the iV. I am a big supporter of it.
I plan to get the Kraken and the Maven as well.
That said, it's tech and not without its issues. I've had a couple of issues with my iV, but they were pretty easy solves.
There are times when I wish I'd done Apex instead because 3rd party items for Hydros are basically non existent. I really wish there were more.
That said, CoralVue support might be some of the best support I've ever encountered. While I'm a big fan of my Hydros stuff, if for no other reason, their support has absolutely won me over.
