I put $300 in my cart and it's still wanting me to pay for shipping at check out. Is free shipping on $299 and above not eligible for the sale?

During live sales there is no free shipping due to how heavily discounted everything is. Once prices go back to normal the free shipping returns

TSA Snow Top
TSA Fantasy League
TSA Dead Space
TSA White Tip
Can someone at TSA please explain what the differences are? They all appear to be green with white tips.

Differences in those can be hard to tell in photos. Some are a different shade of green and some are more pearly than others
