Trouble with RTN and Brown Jelly

I am having trouble with RTN and Brown Jelly in my tank. Running Neptune system with Trident and system is stable with
Salinity 1.026
Cal 450
Alk 9.5
Nitrate 7
Phos .05
Mag 1360

I have lost 6 SPS colonies to RTN over last 3 months. My Torch has just started to Brown Jelly. I have started a low dose treatment of Cipro to the RS625 display tank. I dipped the torch with a high dose of Cipro. I had a Triton test done and all was good except Lithium was high at 357 with set point at 200 and Iodine was low at 22 with Set point range at 30-90. I am awaiting the AquaBiomics analysis. My tank is a mixed reef but soon will be LPS if I keep losing all my SPS. I have a TSA Angry Birds Acro I really want to keep alive. Any suggestions on how to beat this RTN?

I would be doing the same with cipro. If we think its bacterial, maybe lower tank temp a degree per day for 2 or 3 days.

I fluctuate from 77-78 degrees. So eventually get it down to 74-75 degrees?

Low dose ciprofloxacin will inevitably breed resistant bacteria. Either use it at the appropriate dose or don’t use it at all. I’ve used it in two tanks and as far as I could tell, a three day cycle at 12.5 mg/gallon (followed by activated carbon) had no ill effects. Don’t run carbon while dosing the ciprofloxacin and make sure all UV/near UV is off (including tank lights) as it will cause photodegradation.

I've used ciprofloaxin effectively for BJD also. 3 doses over 6 day period. 125mg dissolved prior for 80g system. BJD is caused by a problem in your tank environment. Corals get stressed and their immune system declines allowing BJD to set in. Although your numbers look good there has to be an underlying problem somewhere in your system stressing your corals. Remove infected corals and frag off the infected section if possible. Ciprofloaxin will work though and don't low dose it.

Right. Five 400 mg tablets crushed and dissolved in 1 L of RODI, added at nightfall to the tank to minimize photodegradation repeated for a total of 3 days.

I fragged off the infected section of the torch. Found a small Bristleworm crawling inside the basal plate (labyrinth of channels at the base where the stomach ends).
