Thus, 100 ml (100 cm3) weighs between 80 and 115 grams.
How do you determine that each of the equal size portions is equal size?It is easy to achieve without small scales: take 1 kg of ingredient, divide into 1000 equally sized portions and each one will be 1 gram.
