Trident ALK out of range after new reagent

Reagent ran out and after replacing it my alk was suddenly reading out of range and showing zero. I tried recalibrating to what the tank water was and still showing zero, tried a restart and no luck. Mag and calcium reading fine.. anyone else run into this?

I've seen this in one other tank, and I suspect it was a bad bottle of reagent. There is one other possibility: the tube for the reagent container has become disconnected.

It's fairly easy to diagnose. Just remove the reagent A lid attached to the hose and examine to ensure the white L shape clip that attaches to the top of the reagent bottle lid is still attached to the rubber part that connects to the steel pipette.
