Well, I have noticed some white dots appearing on my saddleback clown and now my royal gamma. What can I use to treat for it? Catching the fish and putting them in a separate container for treatment isn't going to happen, so it has to be something I can add straight to the aquarium. Ideas?

Removing them and treating them is the only thing that will get rid of it for good. Other than that, up your water changes to maintain optimal parameters and feed them like crazy so their immune systems can try to fight it. All those things that claim they are reef safe are wack and will throw your parameters off.

+ 1 on what is said. If you have corals i would not put any meds in tank. If the fish are strong and will feed sometimes they will recover . Thats why most people quarantine before adding fish.

Next would be slowly dropping the salinity or treating them with something

I can't honestly say what to use, I've never had to, but I think most contain copper.

Well I caught the clown. I had to wait till late at night, then I turned the flashlight on and sort of shocked him and that gave me a chance to scoop him. Didn't want to do it that way but he's doing OK. Got him acclimating for his new tank that I'm going to qt him in
