I noticed two white spots on my Blue Cheek Goby approx. three weeks ago - he's doing fine, no further spots have developed and no other livestock show signs. Would love to get him out to treat and quarantine but catching him is near impossible with my size of tank. What is the current recommend safe way to treat/resolve this in my mixed reef?

Can you post a picture of the spots?

Are they flat and white & filmy or are they raised a bit and cottony, fibrous, or cauliflower like in texture?
I think they are slightly raised - they're really small and on a white body fish, hard to say what texture. They are quite a strong white in color and but don't appear filmy

Might be flukes causing the very tiny spots. Have you done a freshwater dip to check for flukes?
