Transfered From Classic to APEX2, EB8 Outlets shut down

Today I transferred from my Apex Classic Gold head unit to an Apex2 head unit. I added the modules one by one and all of them showed up in Fusion and all have green status lights. As the day progressed, outlets would shut down even though the outlets in Fusion showed that they were on. What is causing this? Is there a power setting in the A2 head module that I don't know about that needs to be changed or are these EB8's fried? And if I replace them how can I protect the replacements from the same condition? I have 3 EB8's, so far the third EB8 was spared. Thanks for your help.
