Hi, i use aquaforest strong componant which come with differents elements (one bottle for iodide, another for other trace etc)

On the aquaforest website, they tell which one of the elements can be mixed with major elements ( ex : iodide and fluoride with aquaforest kh buffer),AF kh buffer is NaHCO3, is it possible to mix with soda ash instead ? thx

Anything that one can mix with bicarbonate can almost certainly mix with carbonate (soda ash).

Guess I’ll be switching to soda ash after I run out of baking soda.

Btw, I know I can turn bicarbonate into carbonate I’m just lazy.
