Torch not opening fully

Got this torch in the mail two days ago floated hun then use a little bit of coral dip and then put him in my tank next to my other torch and this guy hasn’t opened up yet, not sure why and it doesn’t look very great.

If your other Torch is happy, this one will be too. Be patient.
