Pictures to come but I am having a hard time taking a good one.
One of my torches has been closed up and looking angry...I thought it may be splitting (and it does indeed seem to be) but upon further inspection I noticed what seemed to be brown solids stuck in the tentacles. This is not jelly, but more solid and crunchy like but small particles say 2-3 times the size of a grain of sand and clumpy. It's not waste or zooxanthellae at least not in the traditional sense as it's small clumps not soft strings.
I thought maybe uneaten food or some kind of waste but I've never seen it before. I am now dipping and trying to blow it off.
This particular specimen was from a colony that had BJD prior, so I'm always nervous, but there's not much jelly like about what I'm seeing.
