Being that a Dragonet is going to be the last fish I add to my tank, I think I'll have to give Moina a try. I have a ton of pods in my system already, but a variety would be ideal I think.

Always great to learn about hidden niches of the food chain. Most information that I have is they are not sustainable in clean aquarium environments but add to the beneficial food supply to many picky eaters. (Bonus)

This is fascinating... I wonder if Moina could be used in larval fish rearing? I'd be curious to see how large larval Moina are.

Bonus: Definitely neat to see the daphnia going salty. I see a bunch of them out ice fishing and never thought too much about it. Would be even neater if they would tolerate up to 1.026 vs 1. 020
