I see these expensive, large, custom builds from various vendors and so manny customers put the tank in the entry-way of the house, below a staircase, or in a living room where the seating doesn’t face the tank! I don’t get it - if I was doing custom, I would want to be able to sit somewhere and enjoy; not just see it across the room as I’m walking by. That goes for any tank I have in my home. But maybe the more affluent, have multiple tanks so my point is mute.

Either way, that rockscape of Kevin’s is next level - he has this amazing ability to combine beauty with function. With all those cool secret swimthroughs, I’d like to see fish, that naturally gravitate towards going thru them all day!

The detail that Taras goes into on all the sub-groups in one, easily-digested video isn’t found anywhere on the internet! These have helped me so much in rethinking my fish stocking list for my new tank. I’ve added some, and removed some based on this new knowledge.

My blue hippo loves to hide in the rocks and for months was so nervous it would hide anytime anyone passed by the tank.
