Tiny. 10g IM AIO.
I'm planning on a bunch of RFA and mushrooms on the bottom, but would really like something small that might possibly host my clowns.
No BTAs. I have a billion in my 3 other tanks.
Mini maxi house and snuggle up really well with rock flowers.

Borneman are an option as well.

Im not sure there are many other natural hosts I'd put in that tank with those inhabitants.

Of what size class? @F i s h y had nothing but problems with his carpets. Walking constantly until adding a few more inches of sand. Clay pots didn't do the trick there.
Carpets hate not having enough sand. If tank was bigger and well established could go with rock dwellers like mag or gig...

I've been thinking about adding mini maxis to my nanos too, but just want to make sure they play well.

I keep adding RFAs hoping they'll spawn, but either I've got a full stag or hen party in my tanks, or the stress of the daily grind just never leaves them in the mood (depsite the mood lighting!).

BTAs, though... I keep dreaming about a black widow...

Well I went a different route. I’m absolutely loving it so far. Day 2 with my chicago nem and I couldn’t be happier.

Acclimation went great and I’m ok with something this beautiful taking over it if does. Can’t wait to actually put it in the tank.

What about the Bali red mini nems? They look to only get about 2-3''? I love the bright red color

I dont have any experience with them. I dont know if they are sand or rock dwellers. I also don't know if they are a natural host to anything. My haddoni (carpets) eat oscellaris clowns. I lost 5 of 12 to them.

Could be hit and miss with who they play nicely with. My purple base doesn't want Anything to touch it.
Do they need rocks or sand? The purples are stunning.
