Currently my setup is 25gallon tank with 2 clown 2 damsel.

There is no coral inside but my dKH reading is at 6.1
Why the low level when there’s 0 coral inside ?

Planning to use TM All for reef to supplement the tank.
Can I target 8dKH with TM AFR alone or should I do anything else v

I'd personally use baking soda to boost alk to 8 dKH, then watch alk, and I'm not sure I see a reason to use AFR.

If the alk drops, AFR may not be best anyway since it may not be dropping due to coral growth, but something like accumulating nitrate which AFR is not optimized for.
