I havent done a water change since March of this year. I was battling SCA dinos. I have since gotten rid of this. Now I havd GHA and cyano and may have to do a small lol. Otherwise I follow reefmoonshining and balling method of dosing elements with ICP. Have great results of color and coral health/growth with this...but clearly the algae is not in my favor lol.

This is my first and only reef tank....so far....I added water the first time mid December...about 8 months. I've only missed one week without doing a water change. I used to change 35 gallons in my 150 each week, and then heard that too big of a water change is hard on fish, just recently started to mix up only 15-20 gallons. I guess the money I'm going to be saving in salt, I can spend on CORAL SALES!!!

Weekly 10-15% but sometimes I have a cheat week IF I'm super busy (or super lazy lol).
