I’m a beginner in the saltwater community even, much less reef tanks. But what do you guys think of this aquascape with the rocks? Give me some honest feedback, thanks!

Looks really good! Just a few things to watch out for though to make your tank life a little easier.
Make sure you have plenty of space for getting to your glass for easy cleanings!
Make sure your rock won’t create a dead zone for pest/ disease build up!
Also look at your list (if you made one) if your inhabitants, if they need hiding spots etc etc… looks good thus far! Post update pictures!

Thank you! I had the thought of cleaning it in mind and tried to not make it too crazy but from the pictures, do you see any possible dead zones?

Just a few, but you can’t tell for certain if they truly are dead zones until water is in and flow is going, this is where DIY comes into play, I’m having a brain fart at the moment lol, but if you can find something flimsy enough, or look on Amazon or any website for a cheap, fake and still flimsy(easily moved by current wink wink) coral like a fake torch like vivid uses to show off their random flow generator, stick that in EVERY questionable spot in your tank where you think the flow may not be hitting, and fine tune it that way, this will be lest cost affective way of finding out, and simply fill your tank with tap, ro, or salt whichever, and if your rocks are not live rock, so you don’t kill bacteria. Or get your tank up and running with salt and do it that way! Again this is where DIY comes to play. That’s how I’d do it, and even on my nano, once set up I will do the exact same thing. Will make life easier in the long run!
