This where I'm at right now. I just started slapping it back together

I REALLY like this scape personally. The caves look great and will provide nice hideouts for the fish and they're proportioned differently from one another which gives a more 'natural' than 'staged' look. :)

Yeah I think I like it too and my coral beauty is enjoying the cave

I support your notion that it feels too symmetrical. There are two things I would recommend.

  1. Don't have both structures end at the middle of the tank. This will help break it up and not seem so symmetrical. I would make one of the structures extend beyond the center point of the tank. Then some dead space between the other structure.
  2. As mentioned by others, shorten one of the structures. Typically the longer structure, as mentioned above, will be the taller one. Make sure it's a noticeable difference in height.
I have my tank set up in a similar fashion for reference:

Your tank is gorgeous. I loved mine until I saw yours. :)

Well you opened up the sand in the middle looks nice. But the right side rock work looks like its blocking your pump. Is it?

I like this one. Once you start filling it in with corals, it's going to be beautiful.
I hope so

Yeah good call, it is catching a little of the powerhead flow. I'll see if I can move it a little
Here's a pic after I got got done with the wc and moved the light back over it. Still a bit cloudy though from everything I stirred up
