These things have started growing on the side of the frag my coral is on.

I noticed these little worm like things growing on the the frag rocks my coral is mounted on. One is actually on my torch. If I nudge it with a baster the red retracts then comes back out. What are these things and should I remove them?

Looks like a spaghetti worm or decorator worm. Both are harmless/ beneficial.

Really hard to say from the pics, but possibly either feather duster worms (harmless) or hydroids (sometimes harmful)?
