I haven't been doing an update lately, been busy. My Yuma is having a baby it's the 4th one since I got them this summer. The leather is finally popping out some polyps, but I think the power of the @noopsyche K7 V3 140w lights is too much. I have lowered the whites and keep watch. My anemone looks like it's going to die, but it is moving away from direct light also, which makes me think I may have to lower the blues too.
Other than that, everything has been doing ok, still battling cyano but who isn't, lol
When I have more time to take pics I will. My zoas are growing beautiful.

I love the colours and shimmering effect of the Noopsyche lights.

I know how you feel. My nem went for cover with the NP k7. Lamps are at 35% for 4 hours of ramp up time. The par these lights produce is insane!
They do seem powerful. I wish I could use a par meter. My lights are also very low, as I don't have the option of moving them higher.

Well I might be out an anemone, it keeps going deeper and deeper into the rockwork.
I am thinking of getting a new one. I'm so depressed about it.
Also I lost a blue/green damsils in my tank with no signs of it anywhere. My cats can't reach into the tank, I have glass lids for that reason. SMH it's been a rough week in my tank.
Everything else is doing good.

I am getting some good growth from the Noopsyche K7 V3 140 w lights. I do need to decrease the intensity today. The blues are going down I think to 60% like @Mibu does. I'm really thankful you did a par reading so I can somewhat compare. :)

I have my lights on at 35% ramp up time. Slowly kicking it up to 3 to 5 % per week. The sps love the light. The bta is a brat.

I know this is weird, but I like the colors I get with it.
For ramp up time. I leave this one for 4 hours. There is no reason for ramp up to be over 5 hours. Corals only utilize 5 hours of photosynthesis. At least from what I have read. SPS could be a different ball game.
A.25 B.35 C.35 D.35 E.25 F.35 I get 125 par at bottom with my bta. This is 24-26 inches from light.
