I’m trying to figure out how this would workIn tank brine shrimp hatchers. Still working on the transparent front.
Eggs float in the back, when the brine shrimp hatch they sink and swim towards the light at the bottom of the middle section. Then out through the grate on the front.I’m trying to figure out how this would work
Hmmm I like this idea….Eggs float in the back, when the brine shrimp hatch they sink and swim towards the light at the bottom of the middle section. Then out through the grate on the front.
Just my 2 cents!!!Hmmm I like this idea….
How big is it?
This should maybe be something that has magnets so you can have it at the top of the tank where it will be easier to access.
You need to be able to clean out old egg shells.
Maybe even a way to place a mesh between the hatchery and the escape route? Not sure how large brine are compared to their egg shells but I wouldn’t want that going into the tank
Definitely a work in progress. It's about 140x140x100mm or almost 6x6x4 inches.Hmmm I like this idea….

It shut off moments before the picture.I'm in the same boat here, why bother even turning it on if it's just going to yell at me
I like this dude. He's been out doing his job well, angering the rfa though.Almost bought one the other day! Then decided on a Bar Goby, then just got a bottle of pods and phyto instead....
Getting there.Hmmm
Going to tweak parameters and try again
I just got through stopping the 3rd attempt. Used someone else's print profile, 105% flow and a lot of other changes. It's an attempt to fill in all the cracks and melt the lines together. It's definitely clearer but it's got boogers everywhere.Getting there.
That is not a banana sir.still rough in spots
Try printing vertically instead?Maybe I should just get a laser for this one project? I'm sure there are many other reasons to get one too.
I don't think it would make a positive difference. More layers, more variations. Plus the bridging would be horrible. I'm running at a higher temp to get the filament to flow better and fuse the lines.Try printing vertically instead?
Maybe a .8 nozzle, print as few layers as possible and as thick as possible.Try printing vertically instead?
