Definitely reasonable. Cheapest I've seen local is $70. @1ocean how much was your CBB?went to a few lfs's over the weekend. First one had a number of small CBBs for what may be a reasonable price: $50.
I think if they are there next week, I'll have to get myself an Easter present.
Are you also in the DMV? I moved here from Pittsburgh after a bridge I drove over frequently collapsed there, and now a bridge I drive over here collapsed as well, gotta love it lolin other local news...

If you end up going the nem route, I’ve got a plethora of rainbow bubble tips, would happily provide you one if you’re in the areaThe tank, all full of life, happy, healthy. My duckweed factory.
That was a wile ago. Then yesterday tragedy struck.
This is my oldest continuously running tank now with one, maybe two neocaradina shrimp and a snail.
The background is lava rock, substrate is five-year-old seachem (maybe) planted tank substrate and the hardscape is some kind of rock from the petcosmart., cheaper planted tank light (finnex I think) and a sponge filter.
So here is the question: I now have a fairly empty tank, do I put killifish and more neos (costs money but I like my duckweed factory), take it down (well that's just no fun), or turn it salty for a small nem tank (may cost nem money)?
coulda been a lot worse. but impact is going to be huge! the now blocked port moves a lot of stuff. still a few missing, fortunately they got the bridge closed before it was worse.Saw that this morning, been thinking about y'all DMV area folks - wow!
that was my thought when I later looked at LA and saw for $75.Definitely reasonable. Cheapest I've seen local is $70. @1ocean how much was your CBB?
Middle River, north suburb (but don't call it that to the locals) of Balt. Are you also in the DMV?
what are the odds?I moved here from Pittsburgh after a bridge I drove over frequently collapsed there, and now a bridge I drive over here collapsed as well, gotta love it lol
That would be awesome! nem route is where I'm heavily leaning. I can make a duckweed factory in a bucket. If you end up going the nem route, I’ve got a plethora of rainbow bubble tips, would happily provide you one if you’re in the area
