So I was lucky enough to get in on the $5 dollar bin deal Adam posted last week. I've decided I am going to try and document the changes these guys go through. I've always loved watching how frags morph as they settle in.

I've ordered from Adam several times now, and he doesn't disappoint. I love ordering a battlebox, I am truly the indecisive type when it comes to picking out corals. Usually at a LFS, I end up leaving without anything because I can't decide.

So my box came with no names on the bags, which is perfect. 1. I usually forget what they are anyway. I used to keep a list on my PC, but I couldn't match up the names with the corals if I tried. and 2. I just don't get into the naming thing. Several of them had significant growth on the plug, which is what I like to see. A couple looked like they had some issues when they got cut but we're recovering, those ones I took off the plug.

Anyway my frags got dipped in Bayer, I trust Adam, however I am of the opinion when it comes to pests it's not whether you are paranoid, it's are you paranoid enough...got them all mounted before the lights came on. I used the SWAG method (sophisticated wild *** guess) and placed them where I think they should go. I don't light acclimate, I don't like handling frags any more than I have to. I put them in place and tell them to deal with it!

I am rambling, here are the pictures (taken with a Note 8) of my brownies. Thanks to Adam, if you haven't ordered from him yet, you should. Anyone else that got a pack, feel free to post your pictures as well!

Been a little over a month. These have seen some great growth and started morphing colors already...I'm sure theres a joke in there about how they are happier in my tanks than in @Battlecorals ...but I won't go there. ;)

I did loose one, he fell from the spot I had him glued on and he fell into the rock work some where I think cuz I can't find him. Maybe he's getting enough light and he'll magically appear one day.

I am thinking two of these might be the same and the one was maybe just awkwardly shaped and couldn't really tell when they were browned out. I'm going to give them a little bit more then once I feel comfortable they are the same, I'll move them together.

Darn it, there's a couple pictures that aren't cooperating and I'm out of time!

I have a ton of that morning frost is anyone wants a frag! Super hardy and doesn't lose color no matter how much light or how little flow you give it! Alk swings? No problem!

Yeah I am not sure exactly what happened. I may have tried to give it more light than it could take, at least thats my excuse and I am sticking to it. Everything else is looking fantastic and coloring up nice.
