I wanted to make a post on this coral, because Ive been hunting a white/pink willow for years. It was the dream coral that got me into the hobby. About 4-5 months ago, I was posting some stuff on fb market place for trade. Just a lot of zoas, and some randos. A LFS about 1.5 hours away shot me wanting to nab some zoas for store credit. I said whatcha got and we can just trade. So he send me pictures and I see this willow right?… drop dead gorgeous white as can be. So I tell him I want it. That one right there take all the frags you wanted and all the others you didnt mention. Every single one of my extra frags haha. I think i gave him like 8 frags of zoas, a blasto head, 2 chunks of frammer, a pink hammer and a green and purple hammer. I get there and im like ew what the heck is this, its like teal green. His pictures looked nothing like it, but nonetheless it was a willow. So I bring it home. I put it next to my neon green willow that almost melted on me and never opened back up even half the length again. I played with low light, low flow, high light and flow, and then i had zero room anymore for it. My tank is the IM 15 (11gal volume) and it absolutely took off, it grew about an inch longer (some polyps about 4 inches) and is just happy and flowy as can be. Im super happy with it although its not the dream coral, im still on the hunt. Ive been dming bahama lamma for like 3 years and i never caught him when he fragged some to sell lol. Eventually what he sold will enter the market Im sure though. Anywho, enough from me here are some terrible pictures of it crammed in the back corner. Its rough! Crazy thing is buying a long one and it shrinking. I have 2 and one shrunk and surprisingly this one has been through my parameter tweaking and hasnt changed besides growing ever slightly bigger.

Absolutely love this frag! The teal with purple base is awesome! Definitely a dream coral. Nice pick up!
