Not a very good July 4th. We're already in the park. Just trying to move from south to north side, then the Sam park wildlife decide to turn everyone away because they said park is at full capacity. Bunch of crap. We park at dirt road and walk to the spot . So we went home

My buddy and I have been trying to master it. We saw it first in a video on YouTube from Matty Matheson who got it from chef Rang. But we’ve went from using liverwurst to now doing it all from scratch with liver to make the Pate. Homemade bread. Ahhh An Italian guy and Portuguese guy making Bahn Mi’s haha there’s just not other sandwich with such a burst of flavors! Don’t know if it’s better warm or cold haha. But phenomenal!

I always like it warm. I always get one when I go to Denver. They make the bread and everything right there. Too much going into making it from scratch. It's huge, I'll gladly pay $8 for the banh mi and $5 for the Vietnamese ice coffee s lunch for both hubby and I.
