Couple pics of the tank. Still cycling. Opinions welcome.

Sorry for my dogs butt in the can pic lol. Also the reef octo has a split in the collection box so I've got to repair that before I run it. Easy fix. What you guys think?

Looks like a great and clean start. You going to be filling up the tank all the way and is there no space below for the can filter in the stand?

I'll have to do some work to it but yea I can fit it. Gotta bore the holes. I need to get a lid on losing a lot of water through evaporation.

this problem decreases and increases with the change of season. in the winter it seems like i do twice as many water changes. in the summer it seems they're not as often

An ATO would help as well. I don't have one yet, but am growing tired of constantly topping off the tank. They aren't too bad on cost either.

just like 100 to have machine put water in your tank?!?! the prices on an auto top off make me mad. thats why I've not bought one
