So I started doing a little bit of research to see if I could increase the coloration on my corals because when I bought them from off of the sites, I bought them from they looked 10 times more amazing than what I would naturally see in my tank because of the lights And spectrum I would see a decent amount of coloration but nothing like what I see now so I did a little research and found a thread on tinting aquarium glass to a certain color to bring out a more natural look that also will pop colors so after a little bit of research, I decide to go with number 11 light straw 82 transmission tint gel cost me around $30 but I do like it so I DYII it to my tank glass for the time being so that it’s not a permanent thing but just to test it out tell me y’all opinions I will be posting the first picture which would be my lights on fresh, which allows me to take pictures and the photos with the tint on with full day and night lights on

If you want to see the pop, just put on the orange tinted glasses.

The photos of the corals from online shops are all taken with blue light and orange filter lenses, so it pops on camera.

I'm just not sure about the durability of the tank glass tint. If you use magnet scrapper, will it cause scratches on the tint over time, etc etc.

Understandable I personally don’t use a magnetic scraper also I run majority blues anyway so I kinda was trying to get that continuous camera pop look also thought there was gonna be a problem seeing algae, but I haven’t had that issue so far
