For a quick summary of what is going on:

DT got ich, lost a few fish except my Valentini puffer, filefish, and my orange shoulder tang. I put these fish in my 20 gallon long QT where I treated them with copper. It’s been roughly 3 days since they’ve finished their copper treatment.

I noticed the tang scratched itself a lot and I’m assuming it’s got a bacterial infection now. I’ve been treating it with Enrofloxacin (as per Humblefish’s guide) for about 4 days now.

Just to double check, is there anything else possibly at foul play? My tang barely eats now ever since it got this dark, practically overnight a few days ago. It was a much brighter color prior to this and made it through all of the copper treatment quite well. It’s got a few days left on antibiotics but I haven’t seen any progress with it’s infection.

Attached are some images, including the before and after of its color change.

Please post again using bright white light intensity, stop on the Enrofloxacin and symptoms may be flukes which the fish will have elevated breathing, darting suddenly across tank, itching/twitching on surfaces and loss of appetite

Not currently home so I’ll see if the wife can get a better video, but definitely not flukes. The itching was due to ich and hasn’t been itching since the copper treatment. This rather quick turn of coloring started on the edge of his fins, and quickly he darkened overall. No signs of worms or other parasite. Just the coloration is of concern and the appetite.

Also prior to the copper treatment I conducted a freshwater dip and saw nothing drop off so between that and the copper is doubt it’s that.

This is my chance Dark colors indicate stress, Also I can't tell if its the fin or theres a white cotton type of patch on it

I agree, scratching isn’t a symptom of bacterial infections. Flukes are the most common cause for this. Only one species of fluke, Neobenedenia, will be visible in dip water unless you use a microscope. Flukes can remain as a chronic infection for months/years until some stress event allows them to multiply, in this case, the ivh infection.
I’d run a course of praziquantel on this tank.
