Plenty of spaces for shrooms, acans, micromussa, euphyllia. Sand bed for meaty corals, mid to top for some acros.Especially for mixed reefs.
Too bad I'm awful at placement.
Love the setup @OrchidMiss

looking greatJello is settling in with the other baddies in the Villain tank.
I didn't really realize how big he was in the 55, he's so much happier. However, Des is like a guard dog protecting the perimeter.
RIP Renard?Hey guess what? You’re never going to believe it!
2X now in 2 minutes...
None that I can see, and none that I have added. If they're in there, they're tiny and living in the rocksDo you have any brittle starfish?
Rules that out. But, how long have you had the wrasse?None that I can see, and none that I have added. If they're in there, they're tiny and living in the rocks
That sandbed is begging for a nice orange fungia and an acantho.Jello is settling in with the other baddies in the Villain tank.

this sucks, when fish go randomly missing and now that the lights are still being a pain in the a** it's got to be frustrating. A predator tank would be interesting, but if you can get the corals to react to the black boxes then at least you'll have a good chance at bringing everything back to being happyThis tank is frustrating me.
To the point I've said, more than one time this week, that it hates me and I might just tear it down.
This tank makes fish disappear.
Renard, my exquisite wrasse couldn't take the heat and jumped to his demise. This was my fault for not covering the top.
This morning, as I'm feeding everyone, I see that the new Oddjob (rub-headed fairy) is gone now. No sight or sign of him, so I'm assuming he was eaten by the nems and CUC.
I'd say maybe Jello had something to do with it, but he's never been that type of aggressive, but who knows. He's a beautiful monster.
On top of the fish loss, the light still won't work properly and the controller for it is discontinued EVERYWHERE and can't be found. The new lights come with the controller integrated into it. (Maxspect Razor 300w).
The problem with the light, and reason I can't use a timer with it, is if one were to unplug/interrupt the circuit, the lights completely reset and the settings I had previously are lost and the light shows ALL channels at 255% and the tank looks like literal crap. I've had to move all my torches to the 55, moved a couple other pieces, but I have lost SEVERAL of my favorite pieces of of this tank and it is really just getting depressing. I do still have a couple hammers, lots of pretty mushies, some zoas near the top that are hanging in, some monis that have aiptasia burns.
I haven't seen the 15 berghias that went in a couple weeks ago, but I also don't see any new, small ones growing. I may need to cut up some and see if they disappear once they are more bite sized morsels. (please don't backfire and this tank becomes overrun - I will just put the whole thing down by the curb.
This week/weekend *fingers crossed* I will mount the Wills black boxes over the tank and use a smart plug for on and off.
I'm not adding anything, at all, to this tank until I can get things straightened out or I say screw it and sell the stupid thing.
If I decide not to sell it, and if I can get corals to grow again, this may become a predator reef.
Rant over. Stupid fish.
I had 4 stunning cynarinas in there and I lost all 4 with the light failure. That sandbed is begging for a nice orange fungia and an acantho.
