I have a 75 qt with three purple anthias, four sunset anthias, two Ventralis anthias, and two bulbous anthias. I have had them thru 4 weeks of copper and now about to start second round of prazipro. One sunset anthias has always been not moving much from day 1, and slowly dying I think. Other than not moving much, I noticed vertical wide stripes that stand out more under blue light. Attached are pics of him under blue and white light and a video. Is it uromia? And no tx?

Temp 76
Nitrate 25
Ammonia 0
Salinity 1.026

Feeding five times a day

That doesn't look like Uronema to me.

Sorry, I can't tell you what's wrong with it, but it is pretty common to lose some anthias in a group for no real apparent reason.

I presume it isn't eating?

He’s not eating but somehow lasted 6 weeks so far. His breathing rate is about 48 per minute. Very slow.

Oh, six weeks without food, plus any time it didn't feed through the supply chain (at least another 2 weeks) - makes the prognosis really poor, sorry. What happens is the fish use their livers for food energy and then, even if they start feeding again, the liver damage proves fatal.
