Injury or infection?

I have an Achilles tang that has gone thru 4 weeks of copper at 2.3-2.4ppm, three rounds of prazipro, and 3 weeks of hyposalinity at 1.011 (had to stop at 3 weeks cuz it was too harsh on an anthias) in a 75 g qt. Then brought the salinity back to 1.026 over a week. After that, I moved all other fishes from the qt to the main tank, but the tang injured himself near the head/eye like the attached photos, so I completed a five days tx of Maracyn which I think helped. But when I was trying to catch him, he was moving too fast and injured himself again. So now, he has lymphocystis on his fin (which is fine. It will go away on its own), and his left eye is beat up, and I see a small area of white blotches right next to his mouth on his left side. I circled them on one of the attached pics. For the eye injury and the white blotches/blemish, should I keep an eye on them for a while? Or start any treatment?

He is not showing any behavioral changes. He’s swimming fine, eats fine, etc.

In some pics, you can see small white dots but they are either air bubbles or stuff on the glass. Not ich. I can confirm he does not have ich spots. Attached videos show that.

Looks like a scratch or scrape to the eye and will likely require treatment in a separate tank using maracyn Not maracyn oxy for at least 5 days. May have occurred from the PVC Piping.
Is this a display tank or quarantine tank?

Capture injuries are common in fish and it takes a lot practice to minimize that with some species, and even then, the more you move it to treat it, the greater the risk of further injury.

It looks like this fish has been fully quarantined, what about just moving it to a stable display now? Most minor injuries heal on their own.

His left eye cleared up nicely after two rounds of maracyn. But now his right eye is opaque for about a month. No flashing, no behavior changes. Other fishes in the tank are not affected. He is eating well and swimming actively. I don’t know if his eye is just messed up or can be treated. The opaqueness seems to get better then get worse and repeat. Kinda hard to tell. See attached…

Looks like another injury to me. These can take some time to clear up. There is a risk that the other eye could be damaged at the same time, and that can cause the fish to go downhill fast due to full sight impairment.

I don’t see any treatment to try, since that would require moving that tang to a treatment tank, with all the extra stress and risk that entails.
