Stylophora looks…dirty?!

Hey guys, we have this stylophora for about three months and its color changed a lot since when we first got it. It looks a bit darker, but the change is not really uniform, it looks like it is somehow dirty - almost dusty.

Anyways, this is how it looked at first:

At some point around July it started getting progressively white from the bottom, so after doing some research and observing we decided to cut branches to save it. Below is how the whitening out looked like and how the branches look like now…

Any ideas as to why the coloring looks so different? It looked so nice all pink...

Do you know the par level? My first thought is to give it more light, inadequate light will brown out a coral.
