Hi, brand new to the hobby. Slowly setting up a reef aquarium (only 2 months old). I was fortunate enough to have a brownish colored mushroom coral stow away on my live rock. He’s been doing really well, but recently (after adding a new Royal Gramma earlier this week), he started to shrivel up a bit more than usual and now has 3 tiny either bright green or white spots. Water parameters are all normal. When I take a pic, the spots appear to have a hammer look to them. Any thoughts on what this is and if I should be concerned?

Mesenterial filaments, someone handled it aggressively. Just a sign of acclimation. Usually fixes itself.

Update, spots are getting much smaller today, no little hammer looking things protruding out as much. Still a little shriveled, but looking better.
