Looking for suggestions on planned stocking list for RedSea 625, running both reefmat and their skimmer. Unfortunately lost my previous stocking due to flukes/velvet so take is running fallow. Currently, have 2 29 gallon tanks set up for qt, and I am following the current QT protocol this go around.
Lost one goby from QT1 so far on this stocking attempt.
QT 1 (day 15 of copper):
2 snowflake clowns
Yellow corris wrasse
QT 2 (day 1 of copper):
Flame angel
Moyer's leopard wrasse
Carpenters Flasher Wrasse
Blue Flasher Wrasse
Watchmen Pink Spotted Goby
Fingers crossed these fish make it through the qt process. The blue wrasse has me concerned as he seems very lethargic and didn't eat today.
My plan for a second round of QT would be a foxface, possibly anthia's group and a mandrin goby. Any other suggestions for this grouping?
The last batch would be tangs, potentially: White tail bristeltooth, Tomini, Gem and Purple (had these previously and lost them all). I also had a blue hippo, but reading more that they require a larger tank. Would love a powder blue, but nervous about aggression.
Appreciate any thoughts/insights.
