Welcome and nice list - I would suggest that the inverts can go in soon, if you have some algae film started. that and a Grazer type blennie (not all are created equal(y)

Agree that 2 dwarf angels are a gamble, but if they are tiny and added same time, perhaps, but nothing is worse for a young tank to have to take apart the rockscape to catch out a fish - spoken with experience.

I have a particular affinity for the tomini-type tangs to be added early, as they will tend not to be too aggressive, and are great workers
